Tim formed Tim Stubbs Limited in 2001 wishing to create a company that provides excellent customer service, expertise and value for money. Tim has 20 years' experience in surveying residential property in the East Midlands area. He is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS registered Valuer. Outside of the office Tim is a keen golfer and Leeds United supporter, enjoys gardening, keeping chickens and home brewing.

Andrew Harwood BSc (Hons) MRICS

Andrew has always had a passion for property and has been with Tim Stubbs Limited for 8 years. Having studied Estate Management at University he has worked in the property industry in Derby for the last 15 years. Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He is married with two daughters, is a keen trial biker and enjoys clay pigeon shooting, horse racing and socialising.

Paul Summerfield BSc MRICS DipHI

Paul is a Consultant to Tim Stubbs Limited and has been working in the East Midlands property market since 1983 and became qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992. Paul has specialised in the survey and valuation of residential property since 1989, inspecting and reporting on homes for prospective purchasers, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other professional bodies. Paul is a RICS Registered Valuer and also a member of the Property Surveyors Ombudsman scheme.

Catherine Henshaw

Catherine has been with Tim Stubbs Limited for 7 years and is part of the Administration team. Catherine is an enthusiatic team player and is dedicated to customer service and organising team events. As the mother of a 5 year old, in her limited spare time Catherine enjoys socialising, shopping and Zumba.

Ruth Evans

Ruth has been a member of the Team for 5 years and, in addition to her extensive administrative skills, is responsible for all things IT. Ruth enjoys photography, walking and showing her Dobermann, including Crufts, and is currently working towards her Private Pilots Licence.
