Tim formed Tim Stubbs Limited in 2001 wishing to create a company that provides excellent customer service, expertise and value for money. Tim has 20 years' experience in surveying residential property in the East Midlands area. He is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. Outside of the office Tim is a keen golfer and Leeds United supporter, enjoys gardening, keeping chickens and home brewing.

Andrew Harwood BSc (Hons) MRICS

Andrew has always had a passion for property and has been with Tim Stubbs Limited for 10 years. Having studied Estate Management at University he has worked in the property industry in Derby for the last 15 years. Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He is married with two daughters, is a keen trial biker and enjoys clay pigeon shooting, horse racing and socialising.
