What kind of Survey should I have?

If you are buying a property, there is currently one level of survey available from Tim Stubbs Limited, the RICS HomeBuyer Service.

There are two further alternatives within the RICS HomeBuyer Service. You can choose the "survey only" option or, at a higher cost, you can choose the "survey and valuation" report. Examples are available on our "Downloads" page. However, due to market uncertainty due to Brexit and the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic, we are currently only offering the Homebuyer (Survey) Service.

A mortgage valuation is not a survey. An example of a mortgage valuation carried out by a national firm of chartered surveyors (not by Tim Stubbs) can be found on our "Downloads" page.
