INSTRUCT A SURVEY

To instruct a Survey you will need to contact us with the following information:-

• Address of the property to be inspected
• Estate Agent involved
• Purchase price of the property
• Your contact address/telephone number

We would then be in a position to contact the agent and arrange for one of our Surveyors to visit the property.

We would also need to send to your our standard terms of engagement and supporting documentation. With this paperwork, there would be a form for you to sign and return to us (which we would need back before we can release the completed report). This form is also available on our Downloads page. A faxed or scanned and emailed version of this form is acceptable to us, it just needs to be a manuscript signature rather than electronic.

Once our Surveyor has visited the property they will be in contact with you to let you know their findings. If you would like a chat with the Surveyor before they visit the property, feel free to contact the office.
