As we specialise in these types of reports, we offer an efficient and fast service. Tim Stubbs Limited is a small independent company that is not owned by a large organisation and therefore does not have any outside influences.

We offer a personal service, talking to you, the client, both before the inspection is carried out and after. This helps explain what can be an off-putting report and our clients find having a conversation with the surveyor helps to explain defects described in the report.
