Tim Stubbs Limited is a specialist firm set up to carry out survey work purely on residential property, specialising in Valuation Reports, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys. As we specialise in these types of reports, we offer an efficient and fast service. Tim Stubbs Limited is a small independent company that is not owned by a large organisation and therefore does not have any outside influences. Survey work is carried out by five surveyors who are all qualified Chartered Surveyors.

We offer a personal service, talking to you, the client, both before the inspection is carried out and after. This helps explain what can be an off-putting report and our clients find having a conversation with the surveyor helps to explain defects described in the report.
